The salesman, Mike, they sent was very personable and seemed very genuine. We never got to deal with Mike after we decided to work with them. Steve was our main contact. He was a bit laid back and would say things to us like, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it". But, in "taking care of it" we would have additional charges to our original estimate. For example, we paid additional for bathrooms fixtures, doors, toilet paper holder, etc... The price just kept climbing by hundreds of dollars every day. We knew the job would take a few months, but did not expect them to be in our home for about 8 months. The cost was way too high for what we thought we agreed upon. We thought the project would cost approximately $50,000 but we ended up paying about $57,000. Also, we had to hire someone else to do the painting and install carpet. Steve, the head of the crew, only showed up to our home occasionally and didn't really seem to listen to our concerns. They did install handicap size doors in parts of our home (to accommodate for my mother-in-law), but they were not able to install a handicap door from her bedroom into our family room. Once the job was finally completed, they never once followed up with us to see if we were happy and satisfied with the addition. The workmanship was pretty good, but we were dissatisfied with the customer service. We would not use them again as the price kept climbing, they were in our home for too long and the service was lacking.
