I am thankful for and highly recommend Advanced Restoration Group. We had a water leak and Dave responded quickly to evaluate and had a crew in the next day to start remediation. Their quick response, professionalism, and knowledge kept our moderate problem from turning into a large disaster. The crew was very personable and respectful and their work was precise. They walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired and why. The drywall, floor, and cabinets were removed with care to minimize repairs. Furniture was moved and covered well to protect from dust from drywall and floor removal. They cleaned everything up before leaving and were in contact with me every step of the way. Chris and Dave were quick with responses to my questions and were very thorough with documentation for the insurance company.

Response time and service were great. The quality of work was good. My biggest complaint is that their estimates are way off. I was quoted a reasonable amount for a water leak in a small, semi-finished basement. Once the work was done, the total charge was more than 50% higher than the estimated amount. While I understand that estimates never match actual costs, a good estimate should fall within 15% of the actual cost. At no point in time did they make an effort to inform me of the drastic change in billed versus estimated costs, yet I was still expected to pay them. I Will not be using them again.

From the first contact from Dave to the finished project, I cannot say enough about this company! As a single female, it is often hard to find companies who will do quality work for a very fair price. I had a lot of questions, and every single one was answered quickly, thoroughly, and I felt very comfortable with the whole team. Chris DeCesari, who came out to do the work was especially great. He took a lot of extra time to explain things to me and the "why's" behind everything. The entire team was professional, hard working, and friendly as well! Highly recommend!!!!

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, polite and just very nice. The owner came to my home, kept me calm when I was overwrought and guided me every step of the way. He always returned my phone calls. They were very prompt in getting the work done.

Sump pump overflow on a Monday night was nightmare for me what do I do now! fortunately the guys from Advanced Restoration Group were there to help. They extracted the water from the basement, disinfected with this really cool natural non-allergic (for me and the dog and my roomy at least) thyme based stuff. Restocked boxes. Then they proceeded to lug all the water logged stuff out of the basement and haul it away. The guys are respectful, professional, friendly easy to advise on how to handle your stuff. Great to work with. My advice to you invest in plastic containers just sayinâ

I have one word for this company fantastic. They called me right away. They were at my house within an hour and their work was absolutely fantastic. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but I would say to anyone Hire these professionals they awesome my wood water damage was completely restored including clean up treatment for mold and mildew And equipment they left on site to be sure Everything was Dry. i put out an emergency repair request on a SUNDAY MORNING and this company called me back immediately, sent an evaluator within a half hour, and a team within 2 more hours. it took four men 7 hours to rip out a thousand square feet of fully saturated carpet, sopping wet dry wall, and auction lut countless gallons of water from our finished basement. they were able to salvage many lf my childrens toys, and really paid so much attention to detail. i can never say enough good things about them or thank them enough!

They came out in a very timely manner and handled our issue.

They were very organized and professional. Easy to work with them.

Dave is one of the most wonderful contractors that I have had the good fortune to come across. His word is his bond. He and his employees are courtesy, prompt, and very professional; they understand how important your flood damage is. We hope we don't have another flooded basement, but if we do, I'm calling Dave.

the work was done timely in a very professional manner and i could always get them on the phone when i needed something. that's hard to say about most vendors these days...
