Sump pump overflow on a Monday night was nightmare for me what do I do now! fortunately the guys from Advanced Restoration Group were there to help. They extracted the water from the basement, dryer it disinfected with this really cool natural non-allergic (for me and the dog and my roomy at least) thyme based stuff. Restacked and organized containers and boxes. Then they proceeded to lug all the water logged stuff out of the basement and haul it away. The guys are respectful, professional, friendly easy to advise on how to handle your stuff. Great to work with. My advice to you invest in plastic containers just sayin’

I had bad water damage at my house from a washing machine malfunction and it flooded my downstairs. I called Advanced Restoration Group, and they came out in the middle of the night, and started the work. Then they came back and picked up their equipment when everything was dry and clean.

+ -1 moreIt took them 7 months to do the job at first. They did not do very good work. They were very unprofessional. The owner is very pleasant but not very cooperative. Then the company sent over a new team and finished the job in two days that took the other team 7 months to do.
Description of Work: They came out to remove mold. They also had to reconstruct the kitchen.
