My children and I were all home sick with a stomach virus - and of course, that was the day that our one toilet got backed up. With all of us needing to use the bathroom a couple of times an hour (!), this was not the day to have it not work. We called Eric Zambelli and he came right away and took care of the problem. Not only was he fast and efficient, he was great fun, even charming my 4 and 6 year old sons with card tricks! I highly recommend Eric for your emergencies!
