Wayne returned my call for service within 2 business days. He made an appointment with me to provide an estimate. Wayne called the night before to confirm the time for the next day. He arrived for the estimate on time, and provided the estimate within a week as promised. His estimate was the lowest of the five or six I collected, and the description of the work he was going to do was exactly what I needed. He understood my needs, and offered suggestions as to how the work could be done. Once we determined what I wanted, Wayne advised me of his approximate schedule, which was a couple of weeks, and called a week in advance to arrange to do the work. I was asked to pay 1/3 of the total for the job up front. Wayne and his helper arrived exactly on time each morning to do the work, and completed the work in the time promised. He made adjustments for changes that occurred while removing the old porch, but did not charge me anything additional for the adjustments. Wayne called me each night to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done that day, and explained in detail everything that was done. I was happy to pay the balance of the job after it was completed. He cleared all of the debris, and left the yard very neat and clean. The work is perfect, and it was completed exactly as I'd asked. I am very happy. Throughout the entire process Wayne and his helper were professional, personable, and provided the service exactly as promised. I will gladly use him again!
