They charged me around $500 to $600. It was just a great experience overall. The gentleman who came out to the house did a very thorough inspection. He pointed out anything that was deficient that I could talk with the seller about. He also takes you to the house and shows you how to shut off the gas the water and everything else just in case anything ever happens which I thought was a nice touch.
