From the moment I met Randy he was arrogant and unwilling to address any questions I had for him. Despite his reviews I went with him for 1 year. During that time Randy and his team have broken landscape lamps, (refusing to take ownership even after showing him photos and security footage), sent me wrong bills SEVERAL times, many times i spent my entire day arguing with them that they sent me the wrong bill for over $3000 for the WRONG house. One time they showed me they did work on my house that had a pool when I don't even have a pool. Even after sending them google map satellite photos of my house they continued to argue with me all day wasting my time. I had him trim my hedges and they did such a poor job doing so, I had to call Randy back to correct but he said he doesn't like trim too much even though branches were hitting my living room window. He shows up at my house randomly to address the issue and I wasn't even home or was advised he wanted to speak in person to talk. My lawn looks worse before he took over, the cuts are uneven, their edging work is terrible and they are OVERPRICED! I had several landscapers come to my home to review the work Randy did and were absolutely appalled with the quality of work and what we have paid. Most recently Randy did Spring clean up at my home without my authorization, I NEVER needed Spring clean up before but he decided he was going to charge me for it this year despite no spring clean up being done and in the past he never did it because it wasn't necessary from the fall clean up we did. When I disputed it the charge with their admin, they dropped me as a customer which is ridiculous since I paid Randy on time always and I always communicated with them if I wanted to arrange a payment for later date if the service needed to be performed sooner per his recommendation. So in the one year working with Randy, it was the most aggravating unprofessional experience . Good riddance. Happy to have found another landscaper that prioritizes customer service and quality of work. Bottom line: save yourself the headache, there are other landscapers in the area that do a better job and have better customer service than Randy and his team.

Randy's crew cut my neighbor's tree down, but in the process a limb dropped on my Garage roof and put a hole (6" round) in it. Also my property, patio and driveway was riddled with little branches and saw dust. I mentioned it to the non English speaking workers, but they pointed to the sign and motioned for me to call that number. I called and left a message but got no return call. When I called Randy the following day he denied any responsibility, got nasty and verbally abusive. I pointed out that that was the only tree around that side of my garage, but he yelled more and then hung up on me. I tried to call several times after, but the call went to voice mail. I'll be sending looking to send him to small claims court! Bad businessman!....Thanks Randy!

Our retaining wall fell down and Randy's came shortly after we called to assess the work needed and give us an estimate. Randy listened to our concerns and ideas and provided us with expert information so we could make a decision. He helped us select the boxwoods that would fit our vision. He and his team did a fabulous job. They came on time, they were very professional. The QUALITY was top-notch. We would highly recommend Randy's Pro Landscaping Services LLC.

Very well. Hector's team was on the job on time, and were done without any issues at all. They cleaned up well. The tree removal went extremely smoothly. The tree was large and it was a fair amount of work to move pieces of it from the backyard.

I needed this company to level out the yard before installing the pool. $1,200 later, and the yard is not level at all. I contacted the company immediately and was told that they would come out and take a look at it. I contacted him back and gave him open availability of times when I would be home, and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed in the lack of effort to resolve the issue. Although the employees were pleasant, the fact that I am out $1,200 is unacceptable for the services I received. On the day I was to pay the company, the owner was there immediately to pick up the check and it was cashed very shortly after. I now have a pool that overflows on one side when it rains and I can tell the yard isn't level simply because when I mow that area, I am mowing at an angle. At this point, I either want the problem resolved or reimbursement for the fact that what the company was hired for was not done correctly.

My lawn was very over grown and they tackled the job within the day. Randy was able to schedule me for a quote within 3 days of my initial inquiry and schedule work 3 days from there. He and his co-workers arrived early and finished quickly (approximately 5 hours). His prices were higher then the other landscaper but his availability pushed us towards him.

Randy's Pro Landscaping is an excellent company to work with.  Randy himself took a personal interest in our property, and was prompt, courteous, professional, and very informative.  We were very pleased with the work they did, it was a pleasure to use this company.  The crew is dedicated, courteous, and meticulous.  Makes us feel like now we have a solid partner for the care of our property.  The price of the work performed was very fair.  We have more work to be done on our property in the future, and we will not hesitate to use this company again, feeling like we are in good hands.  Outstanding!

He was timely and professional.  Did a great job.

The price for grass cutting is comparable to others in our neighborhood but they do so much more.  They cross-cut, do edging, and blow the debris off our porch, walks & patio and pick-up the grass clippings, taking them away.  Their attention to the needs of our property is wonderful.  We have some spots that get very soggy when it rains and rather than making ruts in our yard, they time their cutting earlier or later to prevent any damage. We appreciate this consideration.

We had observed his crew's work in the neighborhood and checked his ratings on Angie's List.  After liking the estimate, the crew of 14 showed up a week later around 8:00 AM and were finished cleaning up close to 6:00 PM.  All members of our household were away at work for most of the day, so we were not around  to supervise them.  We are so please that we are hiring them back to trim up a huge oak tree in back yard .

Randy was very attentive and gave great advice. I would recommend.

We called Randy during a winter storm warning snowfall. He answered the call, took the time to answer all our questions and even called us back for a clarifying question. He said he would add us to his list and get us plowed out. We woke up to the cleanest driveway on the block. Our driveway, walkway and steps were plowed, shoveled and salted overnight. Responsive, reliable and good work makes this company receive excellent marks from this customer. We had called other companies too, but they still haven't returned the phone call!!! We will definitely call Randy again!!

Wonderful and just an Aha moment!!. Randy gave me an estimate , he was professional and knowledgeable regarding my needs and budget!! He and his crew were punctual and he gave them directions as to what he wanted them to do. He often called them and made sure that they were doing their job. The crew dug the yard manually and cleaned all areas. The next day, Randy came in to inspect and reviewed the work. He was very demanding of his crew and would point out areas that needed to be fixed. I was at work and my husband was home and Randy even gave instructions on how to care for the landscape. Randy sent me several pictures to keep me informed of the project!!. I am so happy , he even seeded the front extra. Randy is a great professional who gained my respect but mostly delivered the product!! Randy is a MVP who hit a home run !!

It went extremely well, as expected.  Randy's team showed-up at 08:15 am, and worked until after 5:00 pm (with a short lunch break, of course).  They cleaned-up very well, and asked permission when necessary (e.g., to dump a truck load of top soil on my driveway (after they laid-down a cloth).  Randy always leaves a project lead member as part of the team, and drops by several times during the project to check things out (and give the home owner an opportunity to speak with him if necessary). I find Randy himself very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.  They also provide other outdoor services (e.g., fence repair, paved stone driveways, tree cabling, etc.).

Had some trouble getting him on the phone, but once I did his price was reasonable, the crew did a better job than I expected, and he was a very pleasant and professional person. I would definitely use his company again.

They removed a large tree in my backyard.  They kept the "dents" in the grass to a minumum, where the big pieces of tree fell.  They also cleaned up/pruned a very large and very old oak tree. 
His men are friendly, and they cleaned up the yard very well.  They even chipped a lot of branches that I had collected from other trees.

I thought the job went well.  I was especially pleased that I was able to go to the nursery to pick out the exact ones that I wanted.  I am looking forward to working with them in the spring when I can find something else that I would like to plant.

Everything went very well overall. They were very responsive and guided me through what needed to be done. They did not take advantage of me, didn’t do unnecessary work, and weren’t overly priced. They cleaned up everything thoroughly, and really did an exceptional job. My yard is so beautiful now and I will have them back to do more work!
