: Avoid dealing with this company. Its a terrible waste of time. First, they had a guy by the name Joe call me. Joe came but didnt really look into the problem in detail and he told me that he was pretty sure that the leak came from the toilet on the 2nd floor and it was going to be pretty easy to fix and there is no need to cut the wall. He then said he would send someone to come to do the work for me. A couple of days later, a guy by the name Everett called me. Everett made 2 appointments with me but failed to keep both of them. He finally came on the 3rd appointment but he is telling everything different from Joe. He said he had to cut a hole on the wall to find out where the leak is but he couldnt tell how big the hole is going to be. When I asked him about details of the work he is going to do and how much he is going to charge me, he seemed to be annoyed and asked me to find someone else to fix the problem. These guys simply dont know how to fix plumbing problems. They just wasting my time and they just walk away.

Joe and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. We had a service line repaired that was leaking underground. His team came out, inspected the area, contacted the water & electric companies to mark power lines & have water shut off while they repaired everything. The job was completed the same day. I would definitely recommend them. Note that we had other estimates, and they were the most reasonable.

Joe was straight up about how much a sewer pipe replacement was going to cost, and any complications that may arise. His prices were better than 2 other estimates by at least $2000. his team came in and did the job safely, and in a reasonable amount of time. performed quality work. I would definitely call him again and would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Arrived as scheduled. Very knowledgeable and professional. Gave me a cost estimate that covered both minimal work and up to any unknown work that may need to be done once a trench is opened. I thought the cost was fair and reasonable. Explained what needed to be done and completed the job in about 3 hours. Very pleasant to work with Joe and his brother Dave. Cleaned up the area after filling in two trenches where I had leaks in the water line. Would definitely recommend their service to everyone.

Priority Plumbing was excellent. Joe and his assistant arrived on time, were both pleasant, and replaced a rotted drain pipe at half the cost proposed by another plumbing company (the other company was also recommended by HomeAdvisor).

Joe is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Joe was upfront and honest about our job from the start, his experience was obvious as he detailed underground pipe replacement. He planned the entire job, showed up on time with everything needed for excavation, including his outstanding team. The job turned out to be rather straightforward but we were comfortable we hired the right company even if it happened to be complex. They were finished quickly and left us with a clean result.

Joe and his team were extremely professional and very straight forward no BS. Also gave us some pointers to be in the lookout for as we go forward with the house. Joe use his 200 foot line camera and diagnosed our sewer line inch by inch. I cannot recommend him enough.

Joe was a very straight forward and honest professional. Gave me all of my options that made sense. Ultimately needed my main sewer line dug up. Joe had the 200 foot line camera that no one else had. He was able to diagnose the specific problem area, which allowed for a surgical dig vs. digging up the entire lawn like another company recommended. Very happy with his work.

Joe has twice fixed my Mom's aging 100 year old home. Its important to her that she stays there and he understands she is on a fixed income and is very gentle and sweat with her. He has also fixed my home as well. Dropping everything to come on a Sunday when the Sewer backed up.

Above and beyond anything I expected. They did anything and everything possible for you and were the nicest people to deal with. They saved me almost 10,000.00 and did the job quick, neat.

Water main leak under slab in a two-unit condo. Each unit has it's own water lines and thus the plumbing setup, both underground and in walls, is complex. Came over almost immediately after I entered request via Home Advisor. Even before I hired them, put in hours of time investigating problem and coming up with possible solutions. Everett even discovered a hot water leak in downstairs unit that other family did not realize was there. For my problem, they used machinery to pull a new line through existing pipe - something I did not even know was possible. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Recommended.

Was two hours late- was fine when he arrived.

I had a new water main installed. The job was done professionally and the price was more than fair. Sean and Everett are two of the nicest contractors I have ever met and I would recommend them to anyone that is getting this type of work done.

Outstanding work. Would use again. They fixed my sewer main break. Efficient, courteous and timely. I was so pleased with their work I signed them up to disconnect my well and hook me up to the water main.
