"Thank you Jill!!"
"Sorry to see this review, i wish the thousands of customers that are happy with our services would put a review as well but unfortunately that's not the case. You did not paid $5000 for your move and you know that very well. All you paid was $3000 and for the size of your home as you mentioned is pretty much the average. The only time we ask to inspect the truck obviously is when the job is completed and we do a walk through at the end of the move in your home to make sure you inspect everything. When we show the empty truck it is the customer responsibility to check as we even let the customer walk inside the truck to inspect. Also we have a form for the customer to sign at the end of the move that everything was done according to the agreement, my suggestion is not to sign it if you are not sure. You called us asking for the shelves and we checked and we don't have them along with other " several items" that belong to you simply because we are not that kind of company. Everyone in the world can have one bad day yes of course and yes we weren't able to send 2 trucks that day so we did 2 trips and the cost remained the same. Customers use our services because of our integrity , and even when we have issues like every business in the world does, we are here to help solving it. The same amount of time it took you to write a review for customers not to use us so our children can starve you could have easily call us and we would resolve it. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our service and i [Member Information Removed] work harder to improve in the future. As a reminder we are in business for over 10 years , 30 years in the industry rated top 3 moving companies in New Jersey, over 1250 reviews in which 1245 with 5 stars, Homeadvisor movers of the year for 2018-2020-2021-2022, Angie's list super movers award for 2021 and 2022 as well. We are always here to help resolve any issues or concerns, too bad about this internet that some customers just choose to write bad reviews for no actual reasons. Thank you Massimo Ferrari"
