The team at Landmark Pools is so personable, honest, and helpful! You be respectful to them and they will go out of their way to help you out! I do know that some of these bad reviews and some people who assume they know everything about pools, or are extremely rude and disrespectful and just don't like it when someone stands up for themselves and their employees. There may be some strong personalities at times, but they always do a great job. I highly recommend!

The following is what my friend posted on her Facebook Page. She isn't an Angies List member, so I offered to post this for her.
Shame on Landmark Pools in Piscataway, NJ. They opened my pool and dumped everything that gathered on the cover over the Fall and Winter including dead birds, branches and tons of leaves into my pool! They said they didn't do it. Who would have come and snuck all that crap in my pool over the winter when Landmark closed my pool last fall and opened it also this Summer? Even after talking to the owner and him reassuring me that he would send his guys back to clean the pool for me, they never showed up. Finally, almost a month after the opening, I am making progress towards a clean pool that we can finally use by cleaning all the crap myself and treating the pool constantly with chemicals. Shame on you Landmark Pools for not abiding by good business principles.
My friend unfortunately paid Landmark in full without seeing the end result of the service. She trusted them to do the job and they never came back to make good on their business promise.
