It went exactly as I expected; no, even better.  He was recommended to me by another plumber who had switched from residential to commercial work.  I'd used Brian on a few jobs before and can't get over what a professional, polite, hardworking guy he is [his helper too].   He's a plumber and he NEVER overcharges.  He's never out to take advantage of you.  And, he does it right the first time.  No call backs because he cares about his reputation and what you think about him and his work.

I got his name from my realtor.  I needed to have some work done, and wasn't looking to put a lot of money into it.  I needed to replace a garbage disposal.  Brian first asked if I knew about the reset switch and the wrench that was used for jamming.  I knew about it and I knew it needed replacing.  But that impressed me--another plumber might not have mentioned that.  Those are things you can do yourself in a second and cost nothing.He happened to have a replacement unit missing one part and could use the part from my existing one, so that saved me a few more dollars.  It wasn't a working piece.  It got rid of a piece of inventory for him and saved me money.He came in with a sheet/blanket.  I was expecting a big cleanup afterwards, but didn't need it.I put off finding people to do this sort of work as I'm always afraid I'm going to be ripped off.  I think I'm confident to know I'd use him again.
