They tore up my driveway on a Monday and then said they had other jobs to do that were less complicated. They came back the following Monday and installed my driveway over the next few days in between rain storms after a week of perfect weather. The driveway has ridges and bumps all over it. I am not an asphalt expert but it realy does not seem right and I think all of these area will crack prematurely. When I inquired, they said this is normal due to the vibration in the roller and that nothing could be done. Also installed a paver walkway that looks good for now but worried that will also fall apart over time looking at the quality of the driveway.
I had to remove a bunch of concrete and brick fragments from the jobsite upon completion which they should have cleared. All the brush debris was thrown in my backyard behind my firewood. After installing the pavers it is typical to install a polymer sand which hardens with water to lock in the bricks. They told me this would be done but instead threw regular play sand in some spots while ignoring others. I had to buy my own sand to sweep in the joints after they failed to do this simple portion of the job correctly on two attempts.
These guys go door to door making big promises and fairly low prices. Use your local driveway contractor to ensure a timely and proper job even it if costs a little extra.
