He and his assistant arrived on the day of the job in a timely manner. They worked all day long. The room was cleaned perfectly when he completed the job that day. Bill and his team were clean and efficient, they really made my tile floor which is 17 years old look like new... the grout in particular was in BAD shape and it looks amazing now. Thank you Bill! Wonderful people, kind, friendly and respectful of you home. Wore masks and booties and laid down throws as well. I had an odd stain on my granite, turns out its part of the granite and in rare cases a color can just come from within the stone. So nothing they could really do for me, i tried a lot of home remedies myself first as well. Then i pumice stones my own granite i was so frustrated!!! I told them i had done that and had a divet in my granite, they came to repair without any filler so they had to come back the following week. That made no sense to me not to bring filler when i said i had a huge divet in the granite itself. they did come an fill it in can't feel the dent anymore but doesn't feel or shine like the rest of the granite does, which is just upsetting value im the one who scratched it up!!! I simply didn't know granite could produce colors years after you purchased it. Kinda makes me want a whole new counter top but that would not be cost effective for such a tiny area. I just wish they let me know ahead of time that the area would never look or feel the same then i would have expected it. Pretty sure im just still upset with myself for taking it that far to get the color out myself. The price for such a small area seemed high to me but all the estimates were the same down the line, so that what it costs so i guess its fair. And again what ever i wasn't thrilled about they made up for with friendliness, kindness and cleanliness!!

Great team, very knowledgeable, professional. They even came back to repair a footprint on the wet finish, because, you know, kids.

Atlantic did a nice job cleaning the stone in our shower, removed mold from grout. The owner did return to spot clean a small area that was missed without issue. Friendly and professional. I would recommend.
