I needed to get the locks redone in my new house so instead of paying through the wazoo for a locksmith to come out to the house and tell me "the locks can't be rekeyed" and charge me an arm and a leg for new locks I asked Kevin at Allpoints if he could rekey some old Schlage locks for me - he said most likely and just to bring one in. I brought it in and he was able to rekey both cylinders and give me a new key for $25 - then I had all my locks done. When I had trouble putting the locks back on he talked me through the install over the phone! The guy was agenius and super helpful. He even loaned me a deadbolt drill kit so I could drill out a new hole for my garage door deadbolt and not have to buy a kit from Home Despot!
