Contrary to this assurance, numerous unsightly holes were drilled in the shingles, requiring expensive repair work. I was not present when this work was done, and at no time was I told that holes would be drilled nor was I asked for permission to drill these holes. Although the contractor paid for the repair work necessary to repair the holes, the repairs could not completely cover over this defacement of the shingles, and the shingles were permanently marred.

The man who did the estimate was precisely on time. When I asked about insulating the walls he warned me against it saying that it probably would not work in my house. This proved to me that the company was honest and not just "out for the buck." The installers also came exactly when they said they would and were very efficient, friendly and neat.

THE REALTOR GAVE US THIS COMPANY'S NAME AND THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK. THEY LIVED UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS AND THEY DID THE JOB VERY WELL. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP EVERYTHING.
