Tweeds Carpet Cleaning

I have used them before and have been happy with the results. My carpets don't get that dirty even with two kids and a dog, but they always do a good job. And they are environmentally safe.

I hired them to clean my carpets after my tenants moved out.  Overall, there was very little carpeting in the 2 bedroom townhouse.  I asked them to concentrate on the stairs and even gave them and extra $40.  When I came back, the foot traffic stains were still there.  I called and asked him if they could stop back and redo it.  The owner told me that his employee tried his best and then hung up on me.  I ended up renting a Rug Doctor and all the stains came out.  What a waste of money working with Tweeds.  I originally picked them because the owner told me that they also own a dry cleaning business and are great at getting out stains.  Frankly, it looked like they went over it with a regular steam vacuum.  I will either go back to using stanley steemer or simply rent a rug doctor in the future.  I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and having to go up another weekend to do it myself.

They were in and out in a prompt fashion, wearing paper booties over their shoes. They took their time to examine stubborn stains, applied necessary treatment, and I was happy to see (and smell) a beautifully clean carpet. They were neat, clean, and courteous. I would never hesitate using them again or recommending them. I felt they were very honest and upfront about all aspects. I was also delighted that they called one week ahead to confirm, and further called the day before to once more confirm. The Living Social coupon was a 64% savings but I would not think twice to have them return for payment in full (w/o a coupon), if need be. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
