THEY FAILED TO FIX THE LEAK IN OUR WASHER AS THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. THEY WASTED TIME AND MONEY BY NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OTHER JOBS IN THE FUTURE.

I AM VERY PLEASED OF HOW QUICKLY THEY RESPONDED TO MY PROBLEM. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THIS MAN BECAUSE I KNOW THAT HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY'D SEND SOMEONE OUT AND HE WOULD STAY AND DO SOMETHING. IT WOULDN'T WORK, AND I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK TO GET SOMEONE ELSE OUT. THEY SCHEDULE ANOTHER REPAIRMAN TO COME OUT IN TWO WEEKS OR SO. IT WAS VERY LOUSY.
