He was excellent. We had one of our friends help us in something living not very far, only two blocks from the house. The electrician came in immediately to figure out what had happened and the cost was very reasonable. He came out in almost an emergent situation and I would give him the best for that. Well actually I had not got him from Angie's list because I believe we weren't on Angie's list. I might have gotten his name from a friend and it was, you know because they had got some job done from him in a very timely manner. If I would have called any other electrician I don't think I would have gotten the response that I got from him.

A wind storm blew the electrical connection from the telephone pole to my house so i had a high voltage wire hanging within my reach over my yard. I called JCPand L and they told me "not our problem". They did offer to charge me about $225 to come and do a disconnect/reconnect while I separately paid an electrician to re-attach it to my house. Lou came over, took a look and told me he could probably do it without a JCPand L disconnect. Well, in 97 degrees, he came out, reattached the wire in a couple of hours. Lou also did all my low voltage lighting on my patio, and moved my thermostat when I needed it on a different wall. Bottom line, Lou gets it done. Gives you the story in a no-nonsense way. He knows his trade, and really can do about anything including gave me some landscaping advise for free. He is hard working guy who will be my only electrician for years to come
