The work Ned performed was top-notch ... he is reliable, immaculate, when working ... and the price point was within my budget ... i couldn't be happier and plan on hiring Ned for future projects as i get settled into my new home ... do not hesitate to hire Ned for all of your remodeling needs ... he can do it all ...
