I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by this company.  I initially spoke with Wayne to describe the washing machine problem, and then spoke to a very helpful woman who set up the appointment time and fully explained their pricing policy.  The washing machine was at my son's house, so it was important to me that the service man show up at the time designated since I was traveling to my son's house.  Repairman, James, showed up exactly as scheduled. He was cordial, expert and professional and promptly identified the problem, had the part available and fixed the washer. He spent time suggesting some tips for keeping the washing machine in good order.  I would definitely use this company again.

Dryer stopped tumbling; was generating heat so decided to see if worth repairing since it was 17 years old. Called Parkway Applicances and made arrangements for repairman to come the next day. Aaron from Authorized Appliance Service arrived as promised and diagnosed problem - broken belt. Aaron had a belt with him but it was not quite the right size. Instead of forcing the fit, Aaron wanted to make sure the right size belt was used so the belt was ordered. While there I told Aaron about another issue with the dryer which he diagnosed as a faulty start button. He also ordered that part. He returned two days later at agreed upon time and replaced belt and starter. When checking the new parts he noticed the dryer door did not close as securely as it should. He had a new latch with him and repaired that as well. Aaron was very efficient and knowledgeable. He told me the history of my dryer - manufacturer and under what brands it was sold and during what years. Very impressed with Aaron.

The Repairman called and said he would be here in 5 min. and he was. He appeared and acted professional. He was easily recognizable as the repairman because of logo on uniform, reassuring in this era, He was clean and neat and introduced himself. and quot;A.J.and quot;, took the top off the washer and removed the tub. He took it apart in a timely manner and found the change. He cleaned out the pump and reassembled. When he started it up after the repair to check to see if it was fixed, there was more clinking in the machine. Unflappable and patiently, he immediately reassessed the washer and took off the back of the washer and found more change in the drainage hose. He checked the washer completely and demonstrated that there was no more noise in the machine before he cleaned up his tools. He was courteous and efficient. He left things clean and I would definitely use them again. The other name for this company is Authorized Appliance Service. I was very happy with the repairman and the service.

EXCELLENT. SOMEONE WAS AVAILABLE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT MY DRYER ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY CALL. AARON SCHAFFER WAS THE REPAIRMAN WHO ARRIVED. HE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, PERSONABLE, QUICK AND EFFICIENT. HE LIKED WHAT HE WAS DOING. THOUGH THIS WAS A SIMPLE REPAIR, I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH A HOME REPAIR.

I called Wayne at Parkway Appliance and explained the problem with the oven and the previous repairman. He asked a few questions and had a good idea what was wrong. He called a few days later that he had the parts and scheduled to come out. He diagnosed the problem correctly and was able to fix the oven. He showed me the previous repairman had bent the parts he ordered to get them to fit and also wired them wrong. He spent over an hour fixing what the other repairman did and did not charge me extra. He did a complete check of the oven, and even recalibrated the temp. setting, as the previous guy also messed that up. Once you use Parkway, you will not want to go anywhere else.
