The Owner Phil and his employee of 35 years (Brian I think) did the work. With that kind of experience performing the job, I know that I got a bargain! Phil came and did the estimate for free and he got back to me promptly with an estimate. I had the same work estimated by Curtis Total Service, and they charged over $200 for the estimate and it was $4,100!! I guess I had to pay for their expensive advertisting Campaign!! Then I got 2 estimates from Angies List Participants, I was happy with both and they came up very close in price.i
