It went really well. Justin also brought a couple of experienced coworkers to help complete the job in a day. His price is fair -- his work is high quality. I'm having him come back to finish a molding job for a flooring project i couldn't get too. As stated in an earlier review, he quotes by the job so you know in advanced what the charge will be. Since it was an unoccupied apartment and the company already had other jobs pending, it was agreed that the work would be done between those jobs. Even then, the project only took 1 week. Excellent work. Very satisfied with results.

Justin's company is a personally owned business.  He is very good with house remodeling, especially moldings and baseboards, including crown molding.  He charges by the job, not the hour, and he has never charged me extra simply because a job ended up taking longer than he expected.  If it is a job that he doesn't think he can handle, he will be honest and let you know ahead of time and even offer the names of people he believes will be able to help you.  I would highly recommend him.

Entire basement door was re-framed & another door and new concrete sill installed.  New seamless gutter installed across the entire back length of building, including a new downspout.  Repaired entire strip of corner siding which involved the re-tucking of each individual piece of siding.  He also mowed the lawn.
