Lawn Tool Repair
Their customer service was so bad I chose not to use them. It's a shame - everyone bemoans the death of the small, family-run or local business to large corporations, but this one reason why they're headed for extinction. Will never go back to this dealer for equipment or service, which reminds me, I also bought a $300 string trimmer from them on a separate occasion. You'd think they'd have good customer service to their repeat customers. Not repeat anymore! I'll drive an extra 15 miles to go to the next nearest dealer to buy equipment or for service from now on.
