Boselli Flooring

We hired Pat to install hardwoods throughout our entire first floor prior to a kitchen reno. Pat was accommodating when helping us choose a hardwood floor. But it all went down hill after that. First, in removing the previous floor, they created so much dust that was not properly cleaned up. This dust clogged our HVAC and caused our furnace to stop working. When I stopped by to see progress- there was ONE man (not Pat) installing in freezing cold temperatures. The wood- that had to acclimate for a wk in the house- was installed in less than 40 degree temps. Within days of installation the floors shifted and huge gaps appeared all over. Some boards have cracked since installation a year ago. When we called Pat, he tried to tell us that the wood isn’t the same quality it used to be. Nothing to do with installation and gaps will close more in summer. Gaps stayed all year and getting worse. I do not recommend Boselli for anyone looking for quality floors. So disappointed.

Pat did a wonderful job and was very accommodating allowing us times to move our furniture. His workmanship is excellent and our old floors look beautiful.

I was referred to Pat by my mother-in-law. Pat is a great guy to speak with and very professional. Looked at my home, gave me a quote, was willing to do work bit by bit as it is fully furnished.
Pat also came in and helped me move large items which was a great help.
Pat states he is dustless AND HE IS!!! Amazing, I had no dust, the floors look AWESOME! and I cant wait to finish the rest of the rooms.

The floor was delivered and and let to acclimate to the home for a few days. The floors were installed over 2000 ft in just a few hours. a few day later they came in sanded and stained the floor. After three coats of polyurethane the floor was beautiful. There was no mess as they uses a dustless system that keeps the dust from flying around.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US. I REALLY DIDN'T HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES WITH PICKING OUT THE FLOORING THAT I WANTED AND THEN HAVING THEM COME OUT TO INSTALL IT.
