Services we offer

Soft Washing - Top of the line soft washing equipment is used to gently apply a cleaning solution on the surface, algae. - Power Washing - used to clean concrete, and moss growth. After a few solid rain storms, black mildew, brick & pavers . Roof Cleaning: unique soft washing system is used to gently apply cleaning solution to roof shingles. This solution will immediately kill algae, given some time to work & then rinsed away using low pressure, grime, mold, salt & sand, similar to a garden hose. Safe on all siding materials to safely remove dirt, stone, your roof should look clean. Note: heavy moss growth on the roof shingles usually requires a longer period to clear up after the roof treatment due to the thick nature of moss and how it attaches itself to shingles.

Mark, the owner-operator, went out of his way to provide an exceptional and professional job. He was prompt and even called me to make sure I wouldn't be disturbed while he accomplished the current job. I have also contracted JC Power Wash in the recent past to power wash my house and remove black mildew from my roof. He also power washed my concrete driveway and painted my shutters and outside windows. Every task was completed as promised. I normally do not do reviews or surveys, however, I highly recommend JC Power Wash.

Once again Mark and his son delivered for us. We use JC Softwash about every 2 -3 years to keep our home exterior clean and looking sharp. He is always punctual and is terrific to work with. His services are top notch because the soft wash replaces the need for a lot of high pressure on the siding and it keeps mold and mildew under control for a couple of years. We highly recommend JC soft wash to maintain your home and property. You will not be disappointed!

The entire process was one of the easiest I have ever been through. It is impossible to find reliable business people at the Jersey shore but I have found one. Mark, the owner, returned my calls in a timely manner, answered my questions, was punctual and did a great job. Not only did he power wash my house but also my white fence that now sparkles. I would use him again and would highly recommend him.

Mark was very responsive to my request for power washing our house in OCNJ. He was very up front about exactly what was covered and how much it would cost. He was able to adjust his schedule to meet our needs and was very good at communicating when he thought the job would be completed. The job was rescheduled once due to bad weather, but once it was complete, they did an absolute fantastic job. Super professional and easy to work with. Will definitely hire again next year!

One of the best contractors i have ever hired. Mark went over with me what i wanted done and he was very knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions. He provided an estimate and we set up a date for him to come back to do the work. The day of they were on time and finished as promised. They did a fantastc job and i was completely happy with everything. I put this company in my contact list for future reference and would recommend them to anyone.

The crew was on time and did a terrific job. This is the second time in about 5 years we have had the crew out and we could not be more pleased with their work. Professional, thorough and courteous the entire time. Will definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends. The best part is that this is a soft wash which is much better for your siding and shingles.

Mark did a great job. He showed up when promised. He cleaned the siding, a couple sections of vinyl fence and a shed roof. The house looks beautiful and the windows are crystal clean with no streaking. The price was far below the pressure wash proposals. An enthusiastic thumbs up for JC Power Wash.

I called Jim on Monday and asked about his services.   I asked him to come to my home and provide a quote.  Jim performed a lookup online using my address and was able to determine the approximate size of my home and provided a quote over the phone. He explained the process for cleaning my house and I was happy with the quote and explanation of service.  We scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning of the same week.  He promptly showed up in the AM as promised; cleaned my house and went on his way.   The nice thing about a soft wash is that it is very gentle on the siding material and does a much more detailed job than a hard wash.   I'm very pleased with Jim's service.  Thank you Jim!  See you next Spring.
