1. The communication for installation was very poor, leading to long delays between delivery of cabinetry and final installation in our kitchen. We ordered our cabinets in May and June of 2016, they finally completed the job in January of 2017. There were many instances of not being called back, right up to when I requested to speak to the owner. At one point, some replacements for damaged parts, sat in their warehouse for over 2 months before I finally spoke to the installation facilitator and he realized that the parts were already there. As a comparison, a friend of mine replaced a kitchen at the same time as me using another vendor, his job was completed in 5 weeks, ours took 7 months.
2. The installers are paid by the day, and if they have no more work to do in a particular day, you are still on the hook for the whole $485. This led to installers arriving at my house yesterday at 8:45 and leaving at 1:30 but still expecting a full days pay. This happened more than once, especially at the end when finish work was involved.
3. Depending on the installer you got on any particular day, they left a mess and did not take away the cardboard in which the cabinetry was delivered (I must note that this was not a problem when we had Donald and Charlie, they were clean and removed their own cardboard).
4. After dealing with the salesperson, our contact was sporadically rude. None more so than the owner who returned my call after the 4th try and proceeded to curse at me.
All in all, this was the worst experience I ever had with having vendors work in my home and can only recommend that you stay away from Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets.

"WE ARE SO PLEASED THAT WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE "THE MEMBER" WITH A PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. AS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS WE REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN THE WORK WE DO FOR EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER AND ALWAYS STRIVE TO MEET OUR CUSTOMERS HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS. WE HAVE BUILT OUR BUSINESS ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES AND ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE CAN ADD "THE MEMBER" TO THIS GROWING LIST OF SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. WE UNDERSTAND THAT KITCHEN REMODELING CAN BE A TIME CONSUMING, OFTEN EXPENSIVE AND SOMETIMES DIFFICULT PROJECT FOR A HOMEOWNER. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS TO CONSIDER WITH ALL OF THE DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS TO CHOOSE FROM AND ALL OF THE OPTIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE, IT CAN ACTUALLY BE QUITE CONFUSING AT TIMES. THIS IS WHY WE TAKE THE TIME TO EDUCATE EACH CUSTOMER ON WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO THEM AND PROVIDE THEM WITH PATIENCE AND INTEREST DURING THEIR PROJECT. WE HAVE STOOD BEHIND THE WORK WE DO FOR OVER 35 YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO WITH OUR FAMILIES NEXT GENERATION AND EVERY CUSTOMER TO FOLLOW."
