Merry Maids

DO NOT BOOK MERRY MAIDS! For a "deep clean" of my 2-BR, 1-bath house on July 27, 2017, I was billed a grand total of $486.28! That's right - apparently it took 2 people 3.5+ hours to clean a less-than-1,200 square foot house that was already in tidy and livable condition! Despite three calls immediately following the billing because I thought they had surely made an error, I was issued no sort of reimbursement or offer to remedy the situation in any way. I officially consider myself robbed.

Terrible I called and complained about the poor service three times. They never offered to reimburse me only wanted to send the same people back who did a terrible job the first time. Why would I want these people back? They suggested I watch them clean, who does that? I thought I was hiring professionals who did not need babysitting. How is it helpful to me if I have to police them. Cancelled my service they refuse to reimburse me for the poor cleaning job and want to charge me a $200.00 cancellation fee. I did sign up for the service, but what they sold me and what I received are not even close. This is a very poor way to run a business and I would tell anyone who asked to stay very far away from this company.

They come out every other week. They do intensive cleaning once a month and a touch up cleaning the other time. They also make sure she is taking her medication and the will let me know if there is any problems.
