I purchased a house in May 2014 that was a full gut job.  4000 square feet, with lots of mold and drainage issues.  I originally had a contractor (Rossi construction in Toms River...DO NOT USE THEM!!!) that after 3 months on the job, there was nothing done, and lots of cost.  Finally we fired them, and got LJS.  LJS completely saved us, and got us into our dream home right on our timeline.  We met with LJS, and two days later they started.  Every single day there was a full team of people at my house, we were extremely impressed.  LJS did all of the framing on our house, dry wall, electrician, custom doors, custom cabinets, marble tile, wood flooring, window installation, anything you could possibly think of that needed done, we got done, and they did an amazing job.  As our timeline got tight, LJS was at my house at 5am, during the holidays & staying past dark, using flood lights to see & no heat.   I was pressed for getting in on Thanksgiving, and they had me in!!!  I have lived in my house for 2 months now, and everything they did is perfect.  The quality is amazing.  Because of the unique character in the house, everything was custom sized, custom cut, and it is 100% gorgeous.  People tell us that the house looks like it should be in a magazine.  I have seen the difference between quality work & a botch job, and the work is so clean and precise.  They are now doing some finishing touches on my house with molding & other details and the work continues to be great quality and always on time.  Also, most importantly their pricing was the best around.  No one came near their prices, commitment & quality.  When the weather breaks, I am also going to have them re-do our outdoor cabana.  We are now open to doing even more with our house because we've been so happy with the work.  

We spent several months planning for this bathroom remodel, from numerous visits to plumbing supply stores, granite places, tile shops, etc.  We also contacted 3 contractors to get labor prices for a full remodel.  Leonard, Peter, and Cary (from Cary's Home Improvement) visited our home a few times to give us a precise estimate for the basic labor of remodel plus extra costs associated with some of the structural changes we wanted.
In the end, the guys took a total of 7-8 full business days to do the work - soffit removal, pocket door, adjustment of door width (2" less), rerouting of vent pipe to recess a medicine cabinet, adjustment of drain and shower copper riser to account for a change from a 30" wide tub to a 32" wide tub, faucet water supply adjustment for vanity, etc.  They installed: medicine cabinet, vanity, granite countertop, toilet, tub, tiled the tub area to the ceiling, sliding frameless doors for tub, pocket door, vanity lamp, recessed light in shower, and exhaust fan (with light) installation, and all the fixtures.
They are quite clean, cleaned up daily, pleasant to deal with and talk to, happy to dig into the details with me (Engineering background), and on time.  I didn't feel they were rushing and seemingly took the time to do a thorough job.  Even when there were mild adjustments to schedule, it was communicated and had no issues.
It's time to start saving some money to use them again for our master bathroom remodel...
