like new painting

Mr. Jimenez was the contact person. I described clearly what I wanted when we got the estimate, which was the woodwork to be painted. However, they realized that it would be really hard to do the woodwork when they got here. So they said that the trim didn?t mean that to them. I agreed on getting the price for the painting and the trim, but for them the trim was only the floorboard, molding and the ceiling. It wasn?t the door frames, the doors, the banister or any of that stuff. They didn?t want to touch the doorways or the doors, which I understood it to be a part of it. They claimed that they never said that would be a part of it. There were two painters; one of them was good and the other wasn?t good. There were drips on things and he wasn?t a professional painter. You could tell who worked where. It was horrible. I couldn?t wait to get them out of my house. They were supposed to be skim-coating. They did it in some rooms, but not others. It was awful. The guy was constantly coming over and saying that he wanted me to be happy and he asked me why I wasn?t happy. I couldn?t even interface with him anymore. I had to leave and my husband talked to him. I wouldn?t use their services again. They weren?t nice. It was really bad. It was the work that we were having done on our house in the beginning and I would have been savvy if it would have been later. It seemed worth it to me if they were doing the woodwork and all of that.
