First Class Termite & Pest Control

This company does not follow up to see if termites or carpenter ants were gone.  They said they have a 1 year warranty but never checks.  I called him on several occasions and he never returns phone calls.  He took my money and ran.  For almost $1,000 I got robbed.  The boxes are still on my property for the mice treatments - what are the boxes going to do for me if they are empty.  I can't even use them because they need a key to open.  I called to have him pick them up and he never returns any phone calls.   I am a senior citizen and I feel he took advantage of me and robbed me of $1,000.

Everything went better than expected. We have no complaints, and their work is guaranteed, so we can rest assured that if anything comes up, they'll be back until we're satisfied. Though I don't expect to need to do that! A few days after completing the job, Brian called to see how everything was, a really personal touch. Again, I can't recommend First Class enough. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the work, customer service, and price.
