The locksmith was very poliite and professional.

I would highly recommend this lock smith, he took his own time to do the job perfect and is very honest and reasonable.
I had call other locksmith and they gave me a quote for $250 plus i have to spend money on the new lock.
Ian did it for $112 without damaging the lock. I am very happy with their service.

Everything wen't well. They arrived on time, popped out the old locks, explained to me how ridiculous the old install was (someone put it in backwards) and put matching new ones in. New door mechanisms having no issues!

Well when I call I was about to get a appointment that morning the guy was very a nice think his name was Tim, got in did his job and was done!!

i walked into store, had keys mase for reasonable price. about the same price as sears and the discount places. the el cheapo kind sometimes do not fit after some use. my defoffs keys are a zillion yrs old & still work great.

Overall, the company called to confirm appointment and called when they arrived at my home.
The work was installed without a problem. I found Barry to be very helpful, as he explained several
Issues he found with the locks in my home.

They showed up, introduced themselves, I showed them the door and got to work. They were focused, and got the job done. The best part was they left the place as they saw it , clean which is rare these days. Quality was rated "B" because I don't recall having a pull to close. However, with that said I am not saying its their fault because it could be the type of lock we originally as it did not unlock easily so I am certainly not blaming them by any means. Job very well done and I am definately a satisfied customer! I most certainly recommend them intact I have already. Thank you!

They were right on time.  They did what they said they were going to do.  They repolished and delivered.

.They are very professional.  They are reasonably priced. Making cheap keys that can be made at the auto part store can make it real worse. But they make the real keys. I will them in the future.

The counter staff at Dekoff's was courteous and helpful, and the service was immediate, as we needed. Price was what you would expect from an honest locksmith (not cheap, but reasonable). Payment was made after the lock was installed and I had checked that it and all the keys I'd ordered worked. Additional Information: Dekoff's also sells Closed Circuit TV systems, for those who need such systems. We have one, with 16 cameras, and will have to upgrade some of the cameras soon, and maybe even replace the DVR; we will look into what Dekoff's has to offer, and their pricing, before we buy, since a) they are local and b) their Customer Service is excellent. They've earned our consideration to give them our future business.
