Barbara was very quick in scheduling an appointment. Came on time with a crew and did a great job!

Very disappointed! Needed to give certain instruction about product to use on new flooring. Instructions were not followed & argued with me. Everything was not taken care of & she did not make clear that I had to supply all cleaning products, paper towels & garbage bag when she walked in the door.
