Chip's Auto Center

We arrive at 7:58 am Chip and crew were already working in the service bays ahead of their 8am business start time. Chip told us he would investigate the problem(s) while we go ourselves coffee. -By 9:00am we knew that the battery was recieving a charge and that we would need to remove a damaged Crankshaft Sensor and replace it. We were also informed the work would be donethat day. We ate a real breakfast, checked out of the hotel and we were rolling by noon. From the moment we met Chip we knew that we were in good hands.

He is very reasonable.  The cost for the transmission was less than a thousand dollar and gave me a warranty.  He is very quick.  You can drop it the same day and pick it up a couple of hours later.   They are very clean in general and I like the fact that when I call them to bring my car, they would accommodate me same day.  I don’t have to wait.  They will do it right there and then.  I see a lot of people go in there.

it took a couple of days, because of waiting for parts. plus I didn't know about the exaust leak, they found that. But my vw running good. I've used Chip before and he has always been good to me. I like this shop because they have their own towing and they are the only AAA rated shop around. They have even given me a loaner car in the past when I needed one. I have heard of complaints about his price from people in town and that I work with, but his rate seems about the same as everyone else in the area. And like I said he has always treated me good in the past.
