TOP LINE CO

THe counter top looks ok but they were several weeks late on the delivery and installation. When we called the office we would have to deal with an indifferent person which was frustrating. I personnaly believe that they give the Lowes jobs a low priority since they don't make as much as if they sold the counter top themselves. Also they put their cheapest installer to do the installation also.

The price was okay. I would not use this company in the future. The quality of the product was great but the problems that I had first off to do the templates and when they showed up to do the templates they gave us a time frame of approximately 2 to 2 and a half weeks they told us things should be completed and they should be calling us to schedule when to come back out. After three weeks we began to get concerned and they didn't actually come back out to actually start installing product until about 6 weeks. The big thing for us we had a time line because of Holidays and people coming to visit. If they would have told us upfront that it would take this amount of time it probably wouldn't have been a problem and we would have planned on having the counters done after the Holiday. Not giving us an accurate time line, accurate information caused some headaches and then when they were schedule to come out I had obviously taken some time off to be there for their installs and they were suppose to show up the peaks between 12 and 2. At 2 o clock when they still weren't there I had to call the company and they ended up coming at 2:45 and because I wanted to get it done that day I had already done a lot of the counter top removal myself which I was paying them for just because I wanted it done. One of the other things they were suppose to bring a back slash piece that we had discussed with the guy when he came out to do our templates and we had confirmed that with our lowe's representatives well they did not have that piece so they had to come back another day and also one of the pieces for the barb portion of our counters required some supports that they didn't tell us that they needed so we had to go and get those separately. Then the workmen obviously they were trimming the product in my driveway and left a lot of sharp scraps in my driveway and did not clean up after themselves and really left a mess and then they were not terribly timely about coming back and finishing up the job. The finished product it's beautiful I have no problem with that but the way the whole process went and their customer service and things like that I was absolutely unimpressed and would not recommend them.

They came to create a template within a week of my request and promised to return to install the top in two weeks. I called at the two week mark, because I hadn't heard from them, and they promised to finish the piece and come the following day to install it, which they did. It's a beautlful piece of granite and was installed perfectly.
