They tried to say the whistle pipe wasn’t connected to the tank so we got a plumber to connect it, then when they came back they checked said everything was ok then never filled the tank.

It was very good.

We heat with hot water. I have been a customer of PETRO for the last ten years. They have delivered oil and services my furnace and air conditioning unit. Services were fine. A few years ago, though, I let them know that I was considering converting from oil to gas heat - and asked whether or not they do conversions. I was told yes. Their website also says that they do conversions. However, when I called to ask to talk to someone about getting an estimate for a conversion, they tried to talk me out of it, asking me why I want to convert and stating that their are hidden costs in conversion. When I finally said "why are you asking me these questions, I thought you did conversions, the rep said "Oh I think we do, hold on and I'll transfer you." Then I was disconnected. This happened TWICE. Then someone called me back (someone with whom I had not yet spoken, saying that she believed we got disconnected - and the same thing happened - a THIRD time. This was followed by a couple pieces of unsolicited mail from PETRO, with flyers warning me about the risks of conversion to gas, as well as a phone cal almost every day on both my mobile and home number, leaving messages asking whether or not I've made up my mind. After three weeks, i finally answered their call, told them I did not appreciate the falsehoods, and told them I would no longer be a customer. The rep responded by saying that she didn't know what I meant and stating that they are an oil supply company and do recommend it. Beware of this game.

Diagnosed, and replaced capacitor.

Arrived within specified time. Left area clean. Professional demeanor.

The technician showed up on time, serviced the Central A/C, and answered a question about the system.

We use them all the time.  We have heating and air conditioning contracts with them.  The price is for a contract.

Things went well. They were on time and completed the task at hand

It worked out fine.

They did fine. They took care of that oil spill. My only issue was they took two hours to get here and the oil was spilling into my crawl space. The guy was great. It was in the ballpark with everybody else. Their professionalism was very good.

I have been using them for three or four years.  i took out a service contract with them with a nice discount.  I have compared prices and they are one of the highest and that is one of the fall backs I have had with them.

Very rude people.  Use high pressure sale tactics to get you to sign a deal with them and then try to strong arm you to stay with them.  Still working on getting the plan cancelled.  I will not be using them again or recommend them to others.
