Tree Service, Landscaping
We had been customers for a couple of years from a fire wood perspective and decided to give the company a landscaping job (removal of 2 trees and replacement of 1). At the time of installation, we were told that should the tree not survive or come back the following Spring, it would be replaced free of charge. The service went as planned. Unfortunately, the tree did not survive. We have been calling for 2+ weeks without a response. Thus, we will be moving our business elsewhere. NOTE: The owner was told prior to the tree service being conducted that we were in the market for a total back yard landscape re-design, including a pond. If our experience with the tree service went well, we would then look to him for the service. Needless to say, we will not be doing any more business with this company.
