Airtight Design Advanced Waterproofing

Jermaine took my deposit (almost $2,000) Dec 2016 and to date (Dec 2017), has not delivered on his contract. I am preparing to take him to small claims court. I have requested my money back MANY times. I have gotten one excuse after another. I am a mother of six and needed this work done to allow egress from my basement. The last text message he sent me was in April 2017, saying he is doing his best! I don't think so - stay FAR AWAY!!!

I called this company and somebody came out. I explained what kind of problems I was having. He inspected my property and said I was having a water table issue and would need a French drain which would cost around $2550. I was able to find an alternate provider who correctly diagnosed the problem as an issue with my window well. He fixed the problem for only $1400, and I have had no further water in my basement.
