Customer service agents were very responsive and courteous whenever called on the phone. Estimate was done as scheduled and installation completed within the estimated timeline. Job completed very well and very professionally.

All Saints Church has a rental property which was vacated two years ago.  Our small congregation has been fixing up since, so we can get the rental property ready to rent again.  We had several broken and cracked windows that needed to be fixed. I checked out Angie's List and called three businesses to get free estimates.  Glass Doctor of Eastern PA. came out on 2/25 for an estimate. On 3/3 received an email with a quote.  I called them on  3/7 to let them know they received the bid and they came out on 3/11 to complete the job.  Jerry and D.J. were very courteous and professional.

It was great. The guy that sold us the coverings, Dean Reiss, also came and did the install. The crew came right out and got it all done.

It was great. They were really good. What I like the most was the quality of the work came out really good.

It was fine.  They were courteous and professional.  They cleaned the mirrors when they were finished.  They cleaned up everything when they were through.  They also left me a can of glass cleaner which is the best glass cleaner I've ever used in my life.  They are expensive.  In fact I had an issue with window that had mold in between the two window panes and he gave me an estimate on that but it would cost a more than a whole new window would cost.  But from where they are in Victoria to where I am in Palacios on average charges about $100 just travel expense.  I would recommend them to others but I would note that they are expensive however they do very good work.  I went in to the store front because I need to make sure that they are the same folks that originally installed the glass when we built the house.  They were very friendly.  After I went in to the store front they were probably out here within outside a week so turnaround was very quick.  They called to let me know when they are coming.  They got held up a little bit and they did call.  They do keep contact with you to let you know what their schedule is.  They were professional and very clean.  They are very neat and have sense of humor.  They are just good folks.

The service was beyond excellent.

Prompt, courteous, professional, etc.  The price was higher than I expected, but they did a very good job and I would use them again.  The first visit was to measure, provide estimate, and then I placed the order.  The parts took 10-14 days to come in and then they scheduled the second visit to come back to my house and install the double-pane window.  It was a generally good experience and I would use them again, although I would consider getting a second estimate for comparison purposes.

I did not find that they were interested in me as a client.  I did not appreciate that.

I was very happy with their service, the product and the company! The salesman was knowledgeable and I have absolutely no complaints. They were a very nice company to deal with, very dependable, and I even got an email to confirm the appointment. Also, they accommodated my need for a morning appointment and let me know they could come an hour earlier than scheduled. The two technicians were very professional, courteous and clean. They got right to work and there was no mess left behind! I would definitely recommend them!

Very well. In fact, at one point I was late (forgot my wallet) and they still honored my tight timeframe.

He has a brochure, I picked out the door I wanted and he took care of the rest.  Prompt.  Old house, old door.  He made the new door fit perfectly.  Took old door and cleaned up!  Looks and moves great...............

They came and measured; several weeks later they called to arrange a date for installation; they were punctual and took great care in the installation and we've had no problems with the blinds.

I needed one insulated window pane replaced in a bow window. It had a leak and was foggy. I called for an estimate, which they did provide over the phone. Wayne explained someone would contact me the following week to set up a time to stop by for measurements and the actual cost. I was concerned when I did not hear back that week and was all set to give them another call when I had a message from them on my home phone. Ralph apologized for the delay and said they had an unexpected staffing issue which caused a little havoc with their schedule. By the time I called him back later that day, he had already stopped by the house, got his measurements and was able to provide me with all the details for installation. He even said he noticed that a previously replaced pane had not had the trim replaced and offered to take care of that as well. Another week went by before the glas was in and ready. They were able to make a quick scheduling change to accomodate my schedule and installed the pane very efficiently. We apparently had the old style of one-piece double glass that was installed to last forever. The guy who came out painstakingly worked to remove it with as little glass breakage and mess as possible. I was impressed! It did take longer than anticipated, but the job was done, the area cleaned and I was very pleased! I would not hesistate to call Glass Doctor again or recommend them to friends. In fact, I have already given their name to one friend!!

This man had been doing this for years.  He was very good.

Initial visit for window treatment estimate and then another for measurements.  Finally, installation with the finish product looking fantastic.  Very pleased.  Less complicated for the carpentry work which was done in a timely and neat fashion.

Dean met with us for quite a while to find a customized and cost-effective solution to our particular needs. He determined right away that we were not candidates for retractable awnings, so we discussed what could be done in the way of shades. We settled on Duette angle-top shades for the three trapezoidal shaped windows on top (not bottom up shades). Dean had to take very careful measurements so that Hunter Douglas could make the shades as precisely as possible. The company even required him to come back a second time just to be sure. Duettes for the doors below would have been quite costly and would have resulted in stacking at each side and thus less of a view when the shades are open. Dean presented several options, and we settled on Designer Screen shades that we can actually lower over the door during the several hours of the afternoon that we have sun. (They look quite nice when raised, since they are concealed by attractive "cassettes" above the doors. When closed, we actually can still see through them.) Dean's brother installed the shades several weeks after they were ordered; we didn't have to wait long. He was quite professional and took care to make sure the shades were installed correctly, though our windows and doors are still out of square. He rigged some loops on the upper windows for us to catch hold of with a telescopic pole that he provided us, so that we can raise and lower the shades. (Unfortunately, the threads on one loop are fraying, so we may need to look at an alternate solution.) I'm glad we didn't have the expense of remotes for these shades, but getting the shades down and up efficiently is challenging, and sometimes when they are up, the lower edges don't look straight from below. I need to get on a ladder to tweak one string or another. (This system will take getting used to.) All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that we received; I felt that the two gentlemen took great pride in their service and their product and that they worked to make us happy. Hunter Douglas has an outstanding product, and the shades are quite attractive. I would definitely recommend Sunbeam to anyone I know.
