The driver arrived within the estimated window in which we were given.  For just the visit and spraying for the bees, the technician thought it was overpriced so offered to throw in spraying around the house at no added cost.  We took him up on that because why not?  He was friendly and was able to answer the questions I had for him regarding the way he was going to be rid of the bees versus what I've heard a friend tell me her pest control technician said to her.  
Overall it was a great experience.  The only minor blip was that we were sent an invoice even though we had paid at the time of service and the check had cleared before hand.  That was an error on the technician's end I was told after I spoke with the local branch's office.  The office personnel were very friendly and helpful.  
I'd recommended these guys to anyone who asks.

The serviceman, John, was articulate and knowledgeable and the job (a heat treatment of all the rooms) was completed in one six-hour visit. I have since invested in monthly followups and there has been no recurrence of the problem.

They are really good. If I see anything they take care of it. The customer service is excellent. No matter how many times I call them come. I have been using them since 1994.

We have a yearly contract. They come out one time per year. They are reliable. The technicians are fine. I will use them again in the future.
