My parents paid for it even though I dealt with the person.  They did an excellent job and it works.  We used to get oil from them all the time.  They have serviced our heater many times.  They are very old school.  They are rough guys, but I don't mean they are rude or anything.  They said they would be here on that day, but they did not give any time per se.  They were here bright and early at seven in the morning.  They did their job and they did it well.  We will certainly be using them again when we are going to have some extra radiators put in downstairs because we ripped out the baseboards.  They are going to put the radiators in.
