I've had so-so luck with this provider. Once, the gutters were dented and the gates to the back yard left swinging open. I called about that and it didn't happen again. The last time, though, the gutters overflowed in what seemed like not a long time after they'd been cleaned. I called about that. They called back and missed me. I didn't try calling back because by that time I decided I'd try someone else. I might go back to Double E if I can't find someone better.

They did excellent work. They were professional and honest.

They did a great job.  They stuck to the quote.  The work only took one day and they cleaned up really well after themselves.  They did what they said they were going to do in a timely fashion.

We comapared prices with 3 companies. We chose this firm due to their responsiveness and price. We are exceedingly happy that we went with them. The quality of the product and workmanship is excellent.

Met with Double E Gutters and they came out and performed a free estimate for gutter guards. They were on time and very knowledgeable. The gutter protection system they quoted matched the color of the existing gutters which was very important. Plus I had met with 2 other gutter protection vendors and Double E Gutters were the best priced and had the most value for the money. The gutter protection system they installed was the Leaf X system and that comes with a no clog lifetime warranty that is fully transferable should the house be sold. All in all it took Double E Gutters a week to order supplies for this job and when they received their supplies they were out at the house promptly. They arrived at the home with a crew of 4 workers and they knocked out the project in roughly 2 hrs. The house also needed to have the rear gutter replaced. So they measured and cut the length of gutter material required and replaced the old gutter in addition to installing the gutter protection system. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and did a wonderful job. The price of the project was the exact price that was quoted so no surprises which is always great. It was such a pleasure doing business with these honest, helpful, hardworking fellas, that I will highly recommend them time and time again! People who enjoy what they do and provide excellent service are so rare these days - Double E Gutters accomplishes both so they will win my business every time!

1 week for ordered materials to arrive and 2 people did removal and installation in 75 minutes. Ed and Eric Shimp are easy to work with and answered all questions. Very painless and professional experience.
