Everyone we worked with at Regent was completely professional and a delight to work with. There was one issue that caused a delay in the final project being done, but the delay was not the fault of Regent, or our contact Russell. It would have taken approximately 5 days to complete the project, but with a damaged board, it took to place the final board. Extremely happy with the excellent results - our floors look beautiful. We are planning on using Regent Flooring again in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Regent to remove the old carpeting on the stairs and entire second floor.  Regent did a wonderful job for us in terms of both price and service.  The installers were  prompt and professional, and the sales people were a pleasure to deal with.  Will definitely use for future flooring projects.
