Owner Steve Foster has made many many promises to finish the job and has not done so. He left wire hidden by seed and straw over the leech field that wrapped around the blades of my lawn mower. Using a metal detector I found 8 more wires. Steve took down two trees from the back in order to clear for the leech field. One of the township inspectors came one afternoon, did not advise me of what he was doing, so I went out to ask him. He stated that he was figuring the best route to take the wood. He said that Steve told him he could have it. Steve had not spoken to me about the wood. I contacted Steve and asked him not to allow anyone to take the wood. Steve estimated two weeks for the job. That was December when he started. It is now September and he has stopped without completing what he had promised to do. Trash is left beside the leech field, there is no promised smooth blend from my property to my neighbor's. A trench was left on my neighbor's property from his very large backhoe. He never fixed the damage. I had water in my basement which was dry. The bulkhead area was badly damaged. I had contracted years ago with Huber Excavations to make sure my basement would be dry. Huber Excavations did a wonderful job. The basement has not had water since. I explained where the drainage pipes were in my yard and Steve promised from the day of his bid to make sure they would continue to properly drain. Steve did come and dug up the drain pipes and re-laid them around the leech field. Steve dug up two rhododendron bushes to access the back yard. They remain not replanted and my paved driveway has damage. Damage which Steve said would not happen since he planned to bring in the heavy trucks on the side yard. I am left with no response from Steve and a mess to clean up. I hope at least the basement stays dry.
