Mixed bag, at best.  The quality of the test results was fine.  The sample collectors were punctual and polite.  The ordering system and the company's ability to communicate were abysmal.
1. online order.  They lost it.  I booked online, but their system failed and they didn't even realize it.  I called the day of sampling, after the visit time window, to find out where they were, and they didn't even know they were supposed to be there.  At least they were still able to get someone to my house later that day, which I appreciated.
2. sampling technician promised services that they did not deliver.  Technician took untreated and treated samples, and told me that I would get test results for both.  One week later, I only get results for the untreated sample.
3. bad communication.  When I received only the untreated sample results, I inquired as to where the rest of the promised results were.  I was told that by law they're not allowed to test it until I say so after reviewing the untreated results.  That didn't make sense to me given that I ordered the testing and was told that they would do the testing on both samples.
4. bad communication, again.  After telling them to go ahead and test the treated sample (remember, this was one week later), I was told that they'd possibly be able to have the results by the end of the day.  In actuality, I didn't get the test results until four days later.
5. incomplete test results.  On the second test (treated sample) the test results came back incomplete relative to the first test.  Only a small number of the tests were repeated on the second sample.  Critically, one test that failed on the original sample (which was the whole point of repeating the test on the treated sample) was not in the second test results.  Confused, I contacted NJAL and was told that the sample was too old for that test, and that they would have to come out to sample for a new test.  Really?  Why the heck didn't they even attempt to explain that to me??  I wouldn't have bothered with the retest on the old sample!  Again, why the heck didn't they test both samples from the start, like they said they would!
So finally, after getting them to come out again and collect a new sample (for another $200), the test results came back, albeit more than anoither week later.  And yay, the treated sample passed.  Almost a month after taking the original sample.
