 + 0 moreFrom beginning to end, Chris was there, on time, meeting all specifications. He also provided his ideas for improvement to our plans. We have lived in this spectacular addition for three years and are loving every minute here. We were comfortable with Chris and his crew in our home as we lived here while all the work was being done; they were attentive and considerate. If we needed additional work to be done, we'd call Chris again.
Description of Work: Put on a large addition to our home : double garage, new family room/ eat-in kitchen, restructure apt with bath, remodeled master bedroom and master bath, re-insulated our attic space under the new roof line, created a great laundry room (not in the basement) in our ranch style home. Matched the old siding of the house and made it all look completely integrated. They cleaned up each day before they left.

 + -1 moreWe have been happy with him so far. He wasn't the lowest but he was definitely reasonable. He seemed to understand what we wanted to do. He got back to us in detail with what we wanted. It took him a while to get back to us but we were also dragging our feet.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Masterson Construction and we are going to be using him for a second floor addition.

 + -1 moreOur job took months and in that time I can say that Chris and his team were friendly and considerate. Chris added to our project in that he gave us suggestions ( that we used ) which greatly enhanced the outcome. He also was open to ideas that we had and incorporated them. Throughout the job, he and Jason ( a team member ) came up with creative solutions as problems arose as will happen on a huge construction job like ours. The finished product is elegant and well done. Well after final payment was made, Chris continues to take responsibility for all aspects of the job. We are extremely pleased with the final result and can recommend Masterson Construction as of the time of completion. Overall, I can't imagine having had a better experience considering that any construction job of this size is not easy.
Description of Work: We hired Masterson Construction to do the following work: Add on two car garage with separate entry door from outside and entry door to inside; new driveway; new, fully equiped larger kitchen; laundry room; two master bedrooms, new master bathroom; new floors; skylights; electrical work.

 + -1 moreHe was very professional, very nice, and very courteous. We really liked him a lot and would have gone ahead with him, but decided in the end not to do the remodeling. If one of my friends came to me and asked do I know someone who does this type of work I would definitely recommend him. If I decided to get the work done he would be the only call we would make. He also did some work down the street from us as well and really did a good job.
Description of Work: Masterson Construction gave us a quote for a basement remodel. It would have been quite comprehensive and included the building of a bar, redoing the bathroom, changing the tiles, changing the carpet, and building a new floor area.

 + -1 moreFrom the beginning I felt I could rely on Chris's expertise and integrity. When the project was over, I still had thesame respect and the same opinion of Chris and his team. I now have a beautiful home and my family is thrilledwith it. I have even had people ask me who did the job when they come to visit !
Description of Work: We added on a double garage, laundry room with cabinetry, an addition to enable a new kitchento be large enough for a full island with additional sink, a new master bedroom with new lovely masterbathcomplete with double shower, full tub with deck and double sinks. All this work was done with accuracy, honesty,punctuality, and intelligence with attention to detail. The crew became our family for the period they worked on the project.I can still call Chris if I have a problem or need something adjusted. Also, it was Chris who made suggestionsthat enhanced our plan and were perfect for our style beyond what was on our blueprints !!Chris will sit down with you and go over your budget in detail. He will be able to help you to understand what you're really getting into.The amount I listed above includes items that did not come under the contract with Chris. We also had an enormous amountof landscaping to do.I highly recommend Chris Masterson for your project !
