After the blizzard of 2016, our medical practice had to have a clear parking lot by our Monday morning opening.  I arrived to find the snow removal less than adequate.  It looked like they made one pass around our huge lot and only one section of sidewalk shoveled.  Some of the staff and I had to shovel ourselves.   Our patients are mostly injured or in pain, so we really needed the lot clear.  I called Greg that morning to see if he could help.  He arrived a couple hours later to take a look and started clearing out the closest spaces immediately.  He removed some of the snow the other guy plowed to the front of our building and got most of what he could cleared.  He said he would return that evening when there were no cars and finish, including all shoveling and salting (it was supposed to freeze overnight).  I arrived the next morning to find he did EVERYTHING he said he was going to do.  There was even one of his trucks here in the morning making sure there were no slick spots.  I was amazed and thrilled.  The lot looks great.  Greg and his guys are very diligent and pay attention to detail.  As clinic director, the safety of the lot is one of my worries, and Greg put that to rest for me.  So happy!

had billing disagreement. discontinued service

Had problems with billing. Could not contact them easily. Service okay.

Called for lawn service, they gave us an estimate, and have never had a problem since. They always do a great job compared to others that we have used in the past. Great job at a reasonable price.
