great price compared to others for same work

Roofer did not show on scheduled date, and showed up on an unscheduled date. No one spoke English or extremely limited. Damage to property - shrub, two torn screens, tar on many spots on fence and house, crushed windspinner. Owner came out promptly and issues were resolved within days. Major problem was when the owner brought out the Director of Sales - Scott Spruill. Very nasty, personally insulted us by saying we have a bad marriage, wanted video proof of his workers creating the damage, wanted some payment before the screens were repaired, defensive, sarcastic. The owner just said nothing about Spruill's offensive behavior. I asked Spruill to leave and he said he was on the sidewalk which is public property and for me to call the police. They played good cop/bad cop.

Poor workmanship. Had to supervise workers as to replacing rotten plywood. Covered roof before inspecting old roof. We disagreed with the amounts of plywood used. I have pictures of roof with new wood in place. Offered Fana to go into attic with me an count. Shingled over rotten wood. Dip in roof and roofer said they replaced wood in that area. I went into attic and saw they did not. They had to take new shingles off and take off rotten wood. They stepped through ceiling in garage and never told me. I found out after they left. Salesman showed up at my door at 8:10 am demanding payment.

It went great. Showed up as promised. Knowledgable about work. Terrific crew. Reasonable price. Finished on time. Clean-up meticulous.

We hired FANA in the Summer of 2020 to install some new windows and vinyl siding in our 200+ year old house. There are three things that set this business apart from everyone else: 1. The attention to detail. You would not believe how thorough and exact the guys were as they put siding on our very uneven 200+ year old house! 2. The team is hard-working and clean up every day. I have young children and pets and I never had to worry about them stepping on a nail or wood splinters because these guys clean up! I'm pretty sure the inside of my house was cleaner AFTER they installed the windows! 3. Marek is honest. The price he gives you is the price you pay. We ran into an unexpected issue with some rot that we didn't expect and he was upfront about it at the beginning so there were no surprises. We have an old house. It's hard to find people to work on it. I am happy to know about FANA and I would use them again in a second!

It went well. Our plants were protected, all of the debris was removed and the Fana Roofing team were polite and respectful.

Marek gave me a very good price, and his team did the job in one day. Pretty quick work and good job cleaning up. When I had questions about choosing the roofing shingles, Marek gave me a GAF representative's contact information; he explained what was necessary and what was not (another contractor wanted to install extra ventilation--not needed as we have a working attic fan).

The owner arrived on time to provide an estimate, and answered clearly our questions about the various options for roof and gutter replacement. The roof and gutter crews worked hard while they were here, and we are pleased with the results. Would use this company again.

Marek showed up for an estimate and was able to give me an estimate within a few minutes. The price was great! The team came out to do the work and they were very courteous and clean. They had the old shingles off and new siding on in a few days. He also helped with a few small items like hanging new lights outside and hiding some wiring under the shingles for outdoor entertainment. Overall we have been very happy with the work that was done and would recommend him to anyone we know, in fact, we already have :) .

Hiring Fana Roofing was a GREAT decision! The owner, Marek, was professional, courteous and thorough. I sat down with him with a list of concerns and he took care of all the problems efficiently. His work ethic is professional and his work exceptional. My house looks brand new and the problems are repaired. Everything went smoothly. He answered my calls quickly or even immediately, showed up when he said he would and completed everything in a timely manner. Flashing was blown off the front of our house during a severe wind storm. Many houses in the area had similar issues so the job wasn’t done for a few weeks. But our issue was less urgent so we were ok with that and Fana was upfront about the time frame. The job was professionally done for a fair price.

Seemless! Marek was a great help and his crew is fantastic. Marek explained the different types of roofing materials and gutter/siding options/prices. We were given an approximate verbal quote the day he came to meet us and his formal written estimate was exactly that. The scope of our job included removing 2 layers of siding (wood, cedar shake under vinyl siding). We chose a cedarlook vinyl and it's amazing. Both the roof and siding was completed in just over a week. The little details made all the difference.

FANA Roofing was an excellent company to work with. Marek was very easy to get in touch with and was always responsive. The work was done quickly and cleaned up entirely by the end of the day. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using FANA!

They responded promptly and did the repair work within a day or so.

Overall the work went fine. The team was working hard every day. There were some issues that came up with the installation, however all of them were addressed by Marek. The bottom line is that at the end the final product looks great.
