After Superstorm Sandy destroyed a row of trees, I had to replace them. Rich suggested trees, I wasn't too sure about but he assured me they would be great. They planted them and the 3 trees struggled all summer, by August they were so pathetic he agreed to replace them, though not without spending a long time telling me how it was my fault that the trees died (really because everything else in the yard that I planted or that Kale's planted, was and still is thriving.)

He replaced the trees and then I switched companies. I couldn't tolerate the unprofessional treatment. 
The following spring 2 of the 3 new trees (the second plantings) came back. One was moderately healthy, one was very poorly struggling, and one was dead. By the end of the summer the poorly struggling one had died. So I replaced two more trees, bought new stock at Lowe's and my son planted them. They are very very happy and healthy.
The one remaining tree from the 6 that Rich planted is barely hanging on this year. It doesn't look happy. I'm not sure what to do.

He was very professional, easy to work with and they did a great job. I did talked to three different providers but Bill was very responsive and the price was right. He got back for me right away. He's very knowledgeable. I would use this provider again in the future.

Very late on returning calls for requests to hire service.  Very late, or no return call on requests for lawn schedule.  No punctuality on mowing lawn when needed.  We pre-paid for 2 leaf removal visits in the fall.  Very late or no return call when requesting leaf removal schedule.  Waited almost the entire fall before they came once.  They billed me for 1 large leaf removal which was almost the entire estimated amount for 2 leaf removals.

After being ignored by other lawn services (no returned calls) I was finally called back by one...and within a 2 hour window of leaving a message.  I was called back by one of the Owner/Operators and I explained what I was looking for.  I mentioned that I was having a fence installed on Monday (this conversation is happening on a thursday afternoon - Halloween) and our hopes were to have the lawn done prior to the installation.  I understood this was a tall order and not likely possible but B Rich Lawn Service was happy to help.  So at 2:30 in the afternoon, while on the phone with them, I was guaranteed someone would be out to my place before the end of the day.  I allowed them to forego the estimate process in order to get the job done ASAP.  They were familiar with my neighborhood and were able to quote me a fairly accurate estimate.  
So about 2 hours later 2 guys came out and were on the task.  It had been drizzling for about 45 mins and it looked like a storm was on the way.  They hurried but did a fantastic job.  They didn't let a little wind and light rain slow them down or stop them.  I can't thank the crew enough for being so responsive and accommodating to my very last minute request for services.  I will definitely be calling upon them again and refer them to neighbors and friends in the area.

I am very satisfied with what he does, and he seems very reliable especially because I am handicapped. He is very prompt. I really have nothing bad to say about him except that every once in a while he uses his wind wrecker to cut my grass, but the rest I am very happy. He has a large staff.

They are a small business. They are very responsive and honest. They are quick and efficient. He is also a really nice guy. His prices are very reasonable and I have recommended him to others.
