Garbage Collection
Submitted email form for the rental of the dumpster 5/23/14 for delivery on 5/27/14. (10yd / 10 day rental)
I called on 5/27 to see if they received the request - Due to the holiday they were a bit behind - I was OK with that. They delivered the dumpster on 5/29.
I have now been calling for 2 weeks for a pick up (have called 8 times and sent 2 emails) and I cannot get a date that the dumpster would "Actually" be picked up. I have been told 24 - 48 hrs, tomorrow (a few times), the hauler thought they did pick it up, and they requested I call them back on 6/13 as the haulers phone is not working so they cannot get a date for me.

Garbage Collection
Asked the girl to send a confirmation of the order- it was supposed to be delivered by noon on Friday, the 18th. They called and said that they could not find anyone to deliver the dumpster, and that they had to cancel. I took off a day of work to meet them, and also paid workers to be there when it was dropped off, and I'm out that money. They are unresponsive, and I am still waiting to be issued a refund.
