The provider came to the house a day we was not at home.  The next day he called and informed us the work was completed.  My husband inquired about adding the alumunium pole (not sure of the name of this item) that runs on each side of the house to prevent the water from going onto the porch.  The gentleman, Chris informed my husband to meet him somewhere to give him the check for the work that was completed already.  My husband met Chris on June 4, 2016 and gave him the check and the check was cashed June 6, 2016, during the meeting Chris promised my husband that he will come back to our house the week of the 13th to connect the aluminuim poles on the side of the house, and if it was any additional money we would give it to him.  We have been calling Chris and leaving messages and he has not returned to complete the job nor has he return any of our calls.

Arrived promptly when expected. Worked until completed (3 hrs). Cleaned up all debris. Took away all old materials. 3 man crew was efficient and responded to all questions.

Our experience with Tri-State Gutter Solutions was great from the time of the initial call until the time of completion of the project. Christopher was the estimator/salesperson who came to my home and took the time to explain what needed to be done and the most cost efficient way to do it. He even left samples of the type of gutter fasteners and vinyl soffit that they would be using to help illustrate the high quality. He provided a very reasonable estimate while on site which was detailed and thorough and left no questions.
From the time that Christopher came to do the estimate until the time the job was completed, it was less than 1 week. We had obtained estimates from other contractors, however Tri-State was the most responsive, reasonable and polite one of them all.
On May 4, 2015, the installer arrived promptly--he was extremely courteous and hard working! He did not stop for over 5 hours!!! He did a FANTASTIC job on the installation, was VERY clean and meticulous and extremely polite to our entire family.
We had previously called other contractors for an estimate---many of them either didn't show up, were discourteous or, despite the fact that we CLEARLY outlined the project, their estimate failed to take same into consideration.
It is with pleasure that we write this review and we highly recommend Tri-State Gutter Solutions.

We needed some gutter repair, but primarily gutter covers. Mike was our point of contact. He provided a clear, concise explanation of his products, its strengths and the choices available. He explained his company's role and commitment to service and quality. He showed us samples of both the product and our options. He then walked the property with us, to examine the areas for repair, then continued on himself to get measurements. Once that was done, he provided a detailed written estimate. We decided to go with Toro, and put down 1/2 the cost as a deposit. On the day of the installation, Mike showed up with another employee, showed us the materials we had chosen as confirmation (we had chosen a different color for a detached garage, and he wanted to make sure that choice was still good.) They got to work and didn't stop until finished. They removed the old gutter guards (bought at a box store and self-installed), the damaged gutter sections and repaired a piece of damaged fascia. They then did the installation quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves after completion. Mike then walked us around the house so that we could inspect the work, which looked good. It has been almost two months since install, and the guards have worked through the fall leaf season exactly as promised. We no longer have any problems with clogs or overflows. The gutter covers look good and work! I would recommend both Mike and Toro Seamless gutters to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY DID THEIR WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. WE WERE RECENTLY HIT WITH A LOT OF RAIN AND THE GUTTERSHELLS HELD UP VERY WELL.
